Coeur d'Alene Vacation

View from our deck
We enjoyed a great two weeks together at a beautiful house on Lake Coeur d'Alene with our own dock for fishing and sandy beach for swimming.  The view from the deck was incredible in the early mornings and late evenings.  The fishing was great and Leo barbecued many of the fish that were caught during the day.  Rose caught the biggest fish, a 25 inch northern pike.  We went to a ranch for Grandma's birthday dinner where we all had a wonderful hay ride through the beautiful countryside.  The kids rode ponies and we enjoyed hot dogs and smores over a campfire.  A few days later we came back for a memorable horseback ride with the older children. The best part of the vacation was watching the cousins having fun together.  Now that Elena's family is five hours away, these times together are real treasures.  Below are a few pictures of our time together.
